The program belongs to the shop
Each card is a loyalty program run by the shop named on it. The shop decides how stamps or points are earned, which rewards exist and what they cost, and may change or end its program. prklo provides the card, the counter tools and the dashboard; it does not sell the shop’s goods and is not a party to your purchases.
Your card
- You get one card per shop, tied to your mobile number. Your name on the card is the name you chose.
- Stamps and points are a courtesy from the shop. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Rewards are redeemed at the counter and are subject to availability. A redeemed reward is marked on your card and cannot be reused.
- The shop may correct a stamp or redemption that was added by mistake. Corrections appear in your history.
- Keep your card’s QR code to yourself. If you think it was copied, refresh it from your card’s settings; the old code stops working at once.
Fair use
Stamps are earned for real visits and purchases as the shop defines them. The shop may refuse stamps or rewards, pause a card, or close it, where it finds the card is being misused, for example repeated stamps without purchases or sharing a card between people. prklo may suspend access that abuses the service, such as flooding the sign-in codes.
Wallet passes
Adding your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is optional. The pass is a copy of your card and updates after each visit while the shop’s program is active. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are products of Apple Inc. and Google LLC under their own terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep prklo available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. If your card cannot be shown, the shop may record your visit by your member code or your number’s last digits, or ask you to come back. To the extent the law allows, prklo is not liable for indirect losses, and its liability to a customer is limited to restoring the card and its history.
Ending
You can stop using a card at any time, and you can ask us to delete it. A shop can end its program; its cards then stop working and are deleted as described in the privacy notice.

For shops
A shop that runs a program with prklo agrees that:
- it is responsible for its program’s rules, rewards and their fulfilment, and for telling its customers how the program works;
- it uses customer information only to run its program and serve its customers, keeps staff PINs and counter devices under its control, and tells prklo at once if either is lost;
- the service is provided on a monthly subscription at the published price, which may be ended by either side with 30 days’ notice; a closed program’s customer data is deleted as in the privacy notice;
- prklo processes customer data on the shop’s behalf as described in the privacy notice and keeps it within the providers named there.
